  3. If you feel connected, please click on the doula’s website or copy their email address and shoot them an email to book a consultation to interview your doula.

What is a Fertility Doula?

A fertility doula are doulas who help couples, singles, and families who are trying to conceive or infertile. These doulas provide informational, emotional, physical, and advocacy support. Some ways they do this is by:

  • support you through the many stages of (in)fertility along with assisted reproductive technology (ART)

  • support you through the unfortunate event of pregnancy loss

  • create holistic fertility plans to help restore balance

  • teach you a way to make informed decisions using B.R.A.I.N.

  • establishing helpful rituals that get you closer to your weekly goals

  • guide you through mindfulness, relaxation, and guided meditation tools to promote relaxation

  • offer journal prompts, exercises that can support you spirituality and connection to your baby

  • provide cycle charting guidance and support

  • navigate options available through evidenced based research

    support you through early pregnancy
