Meet Coy Serenity
Devine Goddess was created to remind women of the Goddess within ourselves. We often forget that we are created in Gods image and have the power to physically manifest a blessing made from love to the world we live in. My name is Britney Harris also referred to as Coy Serenity.
My purpose as a doula is to help guide you along this journey. I was passionate about providing these services before I even knew what a doula was. I was 14 years old when my older cousins water broke in the wee hours of the morning. I was too young to drive her to a hospital and she was dilated to the point where she was crowing and she was ready to deliver. I quickly dialed for the ambulance and they confirmed I would have to help deliver my little cousin. This was my first experience with this line of work.
I studied and I took the necessary classes to become a certified doula. I didn’t let anything steer me away from the work I need to do for our community. I offer pre and postpartum services. As early as 16 weeks and I assist with postpartum up to 6 weeks.
