Meet Asia Thomas
My name is Asia Thomas from Home away from home Doula. I completed my certificate with Pro-doula and Amani birth. I specialize in childbirth education, labor support, postpartum care and breast-feeding counseling.
I’ve been working as a Doula for 8 years supporting over 1000 families and attending almost 100 births. I enjoy supporting women throughout one of the most unforgettable times in their lives. As a Doula, I support all women and all forms of birth. I am a huge advocate for reducing infant mortality and striving to make a difference in my community. I have five children of my own and have been a homemaker for the past 15 years. I am a world traveler who loves learning about different cultures and people’s stories.
